To assist you, here are answers to some frequently asked questions about what will happen when Al Yusr Islamic Banking and Alizz Islamic Bank come together. For additional questions, please don’t hesitate to call your local branch.
We will begin transitioning your Al Yusr Islamic Banking accounts & services to Alizz Islamic Bank’s operating system from September 1st 2020 onwards whereby, all client records will be transferred from Al Yusr Islamic Banking to Alizz Islamic Bank, this includes your account balances as well as any finances you have availed from Al Yusr Islamic Banking
Your existing Relationship Manager/Branch Manager will contact you to arrange for delivery of your welcome pack which will contain your new Alizz Islamic Bank Debit Card and Account Number (if applicable), as well as details of products and services and customer touch points
No, your current relationship manager will continue to serve you.
Yes your account number will change and a new Alizz Islamic Bank account will be opened for you.
The account number will be on the label of your welcome pack and on your new debit card (if applicable).
Al Yusr Islamic Banking cheques will continue to be accepted and processed and you can request for a new cheque book after September 1st 2020 from your Relationship Manager/Branch Manager
Your finance with Al Yusr will be transferred to Alizz Islamic Bank without any changes/amendment.
No, your existing finance contract will be continued without any changes.
No, your current EMI & repayment plan will continue.
No, you will have access to a larger network of branches.
